【#Nodsgram用戶原創內容招募】條款及細則

1. Skin Nods Hong Kong (以下簡稱“Skin Nods”) 為 「 【#Nodsgram用戶原創內容分享】(以下簡稱 “活動”) 的主辦單位。

2. Skin Nods將於社交媒體向被選中之用戶原創內容擁有者徵求使用許可同意；參加者須於留言欄/私訊上回覆標籤 #YesSkinNods以示同意參與本活動及遵守本活動條款及細則。

3. 用戶原創內容須為內容之原創或合法擁有者 (即所分享的內容並不含有或抄襲任何第三方商標及版權) ，並同意及授權予Skin Nods於Facebook 或Instagram轉載。

4. 經用戶原創內容擁有者同意後，被收集之用戶原創內容有機會於Skin Nods的社交媒體平台(Facebook及Instagram)刊登或轉載作下列用途: - 與Skin Nods Fans 分享肌膚護理心得 - 促進 Skin Nods Fans 之間的互動及交流

5. Skin Nods不會租用、出售或用戶原創內容予非本公司集團的其他公司。此外，在使用用戶原創內容時若有必要超出既定使用目的的範圍，本公司將另行徵求內容擁有者的同意。

6. 活動與Facebook及Instagram並沒有關聯，並非由Facebook及Instagram贊助、支持或管理，Facebook及Instagram將不會為本活動承擔任何責任。

7. Skin Nods保留權利更改、刪除及增加本條款及細則而不作另行通知，並對本條款及細則擁有解釋權。如有任何爭議， Skin Nods將擁有最終決定權。

8. Skin Nods 對該活動的取消、延期或細節的更改享有唯一及絕對的權利而無須事先通知。

[#Nodsgram Recruitment Program] Terms and Conditions

1. Skin Nods Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as “Skin Nods”) will be the organizer of #Nodsgram Recruitment Program.

2. Skin Nods reaches out to social media users (“Content Owners”) to seek their permission to feature their content on Skin Nods social media channels. The selected social media content (“user content” that is owned by the content owner) will receive a notice of election in the comment column/ private message. Content Owner must reply with the hashtag #YesSkinNods to agree with us using the social media content (“User Content”) and abide by the terms and conditions of the activity.

3. Content Owner must be the original and legal owner of the user content*, agree and authorize Skin Nods to repost the User Content on Facebook or Instagram. (*Content Owner should own all rights of the user content and/or have obtained appropriate rights and permissions from any and all other persons and/or entities who own, manage or otherwise claim any rights with respect to such user content)

4. With the consent of the Content Owner, Skin Nods will only collect the user content of the content user , and the content may be published on Skin Nods social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for the purpose of sharing skincare tips and lifestyle with Skin Nods fans as well as promoting interaction and exchange between Skin Nods fans.

5. Skin Nods will not rent, sell, or disclose content owner's information to other companies not owned by Skin Nods. In addition, if the user content is required to be used beyond the scope of the intended use, Skin Nods will seek separate consent from the content owner.

6. The event is not linked to Facebook or Instagram, is not sponsored, supported, or managed by Facebook and Instagram, and Facebook and Instagram will not be responsible for the event.

7. Skin Nods reserves the right to change, delete, and add to these terms and conditions without prior notice, and the terms and conditions have the power of interpretation. In the case of any dispute, Skin Nods will have the final decision.

8. Skin Nods has the sole and absolute right to cancel, extend, or change the details of the event without prior notice.
